Preludes for Wind Quintet

Vítězslava Kaprálová tragically only lived until she was 25. A composer and conductor of rare talent whose unique voice is haunting, exuberant and surprising.

These four piano preludes lend themselves beautifully to woodwind quintet and at over 8 minutes long, this is a welcome addition to the wind quintet repertoire, forming a substantial concert piece.

Really not to be missed!
